For six days he could only take cold milk and water-soluble food and was hospitalized for five days. The Doctor warned that should it get any worse, an ulcer in the intestine may result. So please exercise caution.
When taking medicine in pill or capsule form:
* DO NOT use warm or hot water/fruit juice/all kinds of sweet drinks to wash down the medicine.
* The right way is to down it with cold water. If you feel discomfort in the throat after taking a pill, drink lots of water or cold milk. Stand or sit straight when take pill and do not lie immediately.

盐巴

做家务事或洗碗碟而致双手泛紅且皱纹满佈,可取精盐三茶匙溶入一盆温水当中,浸泡双手约五分钟,有助玉手恢復细白柔润

将脚泡在温的盐水中数分钟,再用冷水沖净即可
6。 減少螫痛
如遭蜂螫,可將螫處弄濕並沾點鹽,再用冷水沖淨即可

被蚊子、跳蚤等蟲子咬伤的患部,先浸泡盐水,在敷上加有盐的猪油

OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.

Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and Bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.
4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.
5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Brown Rice Tea Recipe by Tateishi Kazu
1. 1 cup brown rice
2. 16 cups water
Note: only cook in stainless steel or glass. Do not mix with any other ingredients. Don't be "creative."
1. Roast the rice without oil until dark brown but don't burn. Boil 8 cups of water and pour roasted rice into water. Turn off flame, cover and let sit five minutes. Strain out rice and reserve liquid.
2. Boil 8 more cups of water. Put the remaining rice back in the water. Cover, lower flame and simmer five minutes. Strain rice out. Mix the two rice waters together.
• The amount one needs depend on the condition. The more serious the condition, the more tea.
• Do not drink tea while taking a high protein substance.
• Don't drink the vegetable soup and brown rice tea together. Wait at least 15 minutes apart.
• If you use this remedy regularly you will never be sick.
Some possible reactions:
• itchy skin or eczema
• If you use medications and/or have eczema, use less because of stronger reaction
• People with head injury problems may develop headaches but don't worry.
• People with eye problems may get temporary blurred vision or itching around eyes. Eyesight will get better. If you wear prescription glasses, try to reduce the prescription and use glasses less frequently.
• Lowering of body temperature, but this is normal.

Vegetable Soup Recipe - (2 day's quantity)

King Of Fruits: Types of Durians
The following is a selection of branded durians:
1. D11
"Number Eleven" is a very popular durian in the 70's. It has creamy yellow flesh with a pleasant taste and a subtle smell.
The D604 was first cultivated by the late Mr. Teh Hew Hong of Sungai Pinang, Balik Pulau. The flesh is quite sweet, and has some "body" to it as the seed is small.
This durian originates in Sungai Pinang in Balik Pulau. The flesh has a bittersweet taste to it, with a touch of sourness. The one that I documented is a bit hard.
4. D700
The flesh is darker than D600, like chrome yellow. Also slightly hard. Crispy, but the smell is not very strong.
5. Ang Sim (Red Heart)
Ang Sim is a durian with flesh which is quite soft and very sweet, and dark yellow in colour. It also has a nice aroma.
6. Khun Poh
This durian takes the name of the late Mr Lau Khun Poh, who first budded it. Khun Poh has
beautiful orangy flesh with a slightly bitter-sweet taste and a heavy aroma.
7. Hor Loh (Water Gourd Durian)
The flesh of the Hor Loh is very soft, dry and quite bitter. It has a sharp smell to it. Hor Loh was first cultivated at the Brown Estate of Sungai Ara. It got its name from its appearance resembling a "Hor Lor" pumpkin. If the durian hits the ground hard when it falls, the flesh tends to be bitter thereafter.
8. Ang Heh (Red Prawn Durian)
Ang Heh originates from Pondok Upeh, Balik Pulau, and has a round-shaped husk. The orange reddish flesh is highly aromatic, very soft with a bitter-sweet taste.
9. Xiao Hung (Little Red Durian)
Xiao Hung, whose name means "Little Red One," originates in Sungai Pinang, Balik Pulau. The flesh has a bittersweet taste to it, with a touch of sourness. The one that I tasted for this write-up is a bit hard. There are only one or two seeds per section, but the flesh is thick.
10. Yah Kang (Centipede Durian)
Yah Kang is one of my favourite durians. Although its flesh is whitish, the taste is superb, milky, like very sweet, melting chocolate. The name "yah kang" means centipede, and accounts for the number of centipedes found at the foot of the tree, hence giving it the rather unusual name.
11. Bak Eu (Pork Fat Durian)
Bak Eu has a slightly acidic aroma. The flesh is whitish while the taste is quite bitter but nice.
12. D17
D17 is dark cream flesh. The taste is slightly dry but sweet. It is a tasty durian.
13. Coupling
This durian is gets its unusual name because it looks like two durians joined together, one big and one small. When split open, you almost thought the two halves belong to two different durians. Coupling has whitish flesh which is slightly dry but tastes good.
14. Ooi Kyau (Tumeric Durian)
The name Ooi Kyau (tumeric) describes the colour of the bright yellow flesh of this durian. It is very sweet and tasty.
15. Chaer Phoy (Green Skin Durian)
Chaer Phoy is shaped like a small canteloupe. The skin is bright green, giving it the name which means "green skin". Chaer Phoy has creamy white flesh which is a bit dry, not too sweet but tasty.
16. Ang Jin (Red Yoke Durian)
As the name suggests, Ang Jin Durian has deep orange flesh. It is very sweet and tasty.
17. Lin Fong Jiau
This durian is named after Lin Fong Jiau, aka Mrs Jackie Chan. I wonder whether it is indicative of the relationship of the celebrity couple, for Lin Fong Jiau is a bittersweet

Brain Damaging Habits

Method: Touch the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger, with the other three fingers stretched out.
Specialty: As it is a mudra of knowledge, it enhances the knowledge. The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When we press these centers by index finger the two glands work actively.

便秘

不能喝的五种开水
1。 在炉灶上沸騰了很长时间,饮用水已经是温吞水。
2。 装在热水瓶里已好几天,成了不新鲜的温开水。
3。 经过多次反覆煮沸的殘留开水。
4。 开水锅炉中隔夜重煮和未重煮的开水。
5。 蒸饭、蒸肉后的「下脚水」。
这几种开水不适宜饮用的原因是反覆沸过的开水中,所含的鈣、鎂、氯、重金屬等微量成分增高了,会对人的肾脏产生不良影响。而温吞水中亞硝酸盐容易增多。
女生不宜久坐~子宮颈癌
人除了睡觉外,大部份时间都在坐,无论坐办公桌、坐着吃饭、看电影、开车,一天中坐上七、八小时算是平常的事。
不过很多人大概不了解,坐的不当可是会出问题的。 长期久坐者容易造成血液循环不顺畅,同时也会引发妇科方面的疾病,甚至也可能导致不孕症。一個人长期久坐多半也缺乏运动,将导致‘气滯’及‘血瘀’,易使人体某一脏器发生功能紊乱,或功能障碍,由此可知‘久坐’对妇女的不孕也有某种程度影响。
上班族女性由于长期久坐,月经前及月经期的常有剧烈疼痛,这是因久坐加上缺乏正常运动,以致血循环障碍;有些是因久坐导致经血逆流入输卵管、卵巢,引起下腹痛、腰痛,尤其有严重的经痛,此即所谓巧克力囊腫,也是不孕原因之一;此外,气滯血瘀也易导致淋巴或血行性的栓塞,使输卵管不通;更有因久坐及体质上的关系,使子宮內膜组织因气滯血瘀而增生至子宮外,形成子宮內膜異位症,这些都是比较明显的不孕原因之一。
长期久坐或姿势不佳,经血容易逆流,造成慢性骨盆腔充血(郁血症),骨盆會隐隐作痛而刺激到周围神经而 造成肿胀,年齡愈大愈易感受到, 久坐亦会使循环不良,抵抗力变差。不孕症患者接受治疗时须充分与医师配合,不可过度紧张或问东问西,抱著高度的怀疑,既不信任,对自己也失去信心,要知道情绪紧张会使性腺刺激荷尔蒙的分泌失调,影响整个內分泌系统的平衡,受孕机会就更低了。
如果工作几乎都离不开「坐」,那么每 40 分钟后休息 10 分钟,做做伸展动作,或下班后散步、游泳、韵律舞等,都能有效改善因久坐造成的循环障碍。要改变体质的方法,应多注意坐姿。

Healing and Cleansing with Barley
Barley is good for intestinal health too. Try to eat the barley grains in drink or sweet broth with fu chook (beancurd skin) and ginkgo nuts.
It's high in fibre which feeds the friendly bacteria in the colon and helps speed up the transit of fecal matter in it. In this way it helps prevent haemorrhoids and colon cancer.
The propionic acid and beta glucan from barley's insoluble fibre also help lower cholesterol and prevent the formation of gallstones.
Eating barley regularly is a preventive step against heart disease as, besides the fibre content, it is also high in niacin, a B vitamin good for lowering cholesterol.
Diabetics should eat more barley as the fibre will prevent blood sugar levels from rising too high. It also provides relief from constipation or diarrhoea for those suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Barley is rich in selenium which prevents cancer and relieves symptoms of asthma and arthritis. It is a good source of manganese, copper and phosphorous.
Malt sugar comes from sprouted barley which, when fermented, is an ingredient in beer and other alcoholic beverages.
Ginger
For instance, a recent University of Michigan study showed that when ginger was added to ovarian cancer cells in the laboratory, it caused the cancer cells to self-destruct (a process known as "apoptosis"). In a separate study at the University of Minnesota , researchers injected colon cancer cells into mice that were bred to have no immune system.
Half of these mice were routinely fed gingerol, the main active component in ginger. The researchers found that the mice that were fed gingerol lived longer, their tumors were smaller, and the cancer did not spread as widely as in the control group.
With all these health benefits, you should be using ginger as often as you can. The best way to get a healthy serving of ginger is to juice it with an apple or two, some carrots, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and a big piece of ginger root. The ginger gives the drink a great flavor and a powerful anti-cancer kick.

健康的唇色
唇色苍白
若指甲、眼瞼也苍白,可能有贫血。
唇色青紫
若非因为气温过于寒冷,有可能是有贫血、心脏方面问题。
唇色淡黃
若脸色、眼白一养呈黃色,可能是肝功能不好。
唇色紅紫
若非发烧或一氧化碳中毒,就可能有心脏病、肺病、心脏衰弱等问题。
肩膀或颈部酸痛
1。 主要因素即是由內脏气血运行不顺,脏腑机制不健全所导致的。不通則痛,痛則不通。
2。 一般而言,肩膀或颈部酸痛並非所谓运动伤害,五十肩,韌带发炎等单純原因而已,花了时间和金钱长期復健,痛点注射类固醇或服用止痛药,也达不到效果之外,精神的煎熬更痛苦。
3。 其实,酸痛的位置可反射出內脏问题,像是长期左边颈部和肩膀酸痛,主要是心脏位于人体左侧,长期心火上升或心脏功能出了问题,自然会出现气血阻塞,使左边颈部或肩膀僵硬,酸痛,转动不靈活或常常习慣落枕,甚至会延伸至左肩胛骨酸痛。
4。 肝脏位于人体右边,当肝阳上亢,肝火上升时,酸痛现象就会出现在右侧身体,有时酸痛位置会跑,由单侧变成两侧,因为长期心肝火气未消除,火往下传后, 会造成肠胃蠕动障碍, 肩膀两侧即是反射肠胃。
5。 如果每天能利用一点方法,把身体毒素向体外排掉,保持气血通畅,酸痛毛病自然消除!
糖尿病
2. 糖尿发展到一定节段会明显出现三多一少的症状。三多(吃多、喝多、尿多)一少(体重減少)。
糖尿病患者可能发生下列几项症状:
1. 视力異常:因糖尿会引起眼睛末梢微血管阻碍,造成眼睛易疲劳、视力模糊、细小字看不清,严重者会导致失明。
2. 易疲劳:因体內血糖无法进入细胞,导致全身无力。
3. 皮肤抵抗力差:体质通常呈现酸化,末梢血管易堵塞,伤口不易癒合、易化脓、也易引起牙周病、香港腳。
4. 神经障碍:肌肉和神经组织得不到滋养,因此阻塞循环不良,指尖出现麻痛,重者甚至失去感觉。
5. 伤口不易癒合:糖尿末期,因末梢血管坏死,伤口发黑、溃烂不易癒合,有时甚至需截肢以延续生命。
可怕的併发症:
1. 酮酸中毒、乳酸中毒、低血糖而引起休克、昏迷。
2. 心血管病变:动脉硬化、脑中風、心肌梗塞、下肢皮肤变黑坏死。
3. 肾脏病变、眼睛病变、神经病变及各种感染。
脾胃
1. 肩膀疼痛可能的症状: 右肩经常痛时"肝脏"有问题。左肩酸痛时"心脏"与"胃"有问题。两肩同时感觉不舒服,脖子经常觉得僵硬时,肯定是"消化器官"出了问题。
2. 偏头痛: 如常感觉太阳穴的两边有疼痛的现象,虽然长期求诊,吃药还是无效,可能同时还伴有便秘,排便困难或腹泻及胃肠胀气等现象。只要治好消化器官的毛病,自然可治好困扰多时的偏頭痛。
3. 一般人都以为"便秘"及"腹泻"是两件分开的事,可是有些人会有便秘及拉肚子同时交替出现的现象,平时常觉得食慾減退,腹部胀气,胸部有压迫感或心悸,呼吸困难及失眠等现象,而且感觉体力一天天減弱,肌肉消瘦,又查不出原因,有以上现象可能已罹患"慢性肠炎",不趕快处理可能会造成致命的腹膜炎。
4. 小肠与淋巴系统: 不明原因的疼痛经常困扰我们,若咽喉沒有发炎,但经常不舒服或疼痛,脖子两侧也经常胀痛, 肩膀与手臂外侧也会有不舒服与胀痛, 但查不出原因,经过推拿或按摩也只能暂时舒解,此现象请多注意 "小肠" 与 "淋巴系统" 已亮起红灯。
5. 大肠: 经常觉得口干,口苦,想要多喝水,而且容易鼻塞,流鼻涕;平时沒有蛀牙,但牙齿会痛,脖子两侧会胀大些,不舒服,无法提重的东西,表示 "大肠" 已亮起红灯。
肾脏
1。 肾脏有两条通路,从脚底的湧泉上來,走到脚后根內侧,再顺着腿的內侧往上走。
第一条从后方上来走到腰与膀胱結合,再顺着脊椎两侧往上走当肾脏不好,气会不足,血就上不来;因此腰会酸,背会痛,再往上到颈部,颈部会觉得僵硬;到了后脑勺会感觉昏胀不舒服,到了头顶会觉闷胀,过了头顶往下到眉心之间的" 精明穴",不到会觉两眼干澀。
第二条从前面上来,经过大腿跟生殖器及肝脏结合,最后延着身体两侧到胸前與肺脏结合。 如肾脏有问题,大腿两侧会酸、软、无力,经常发痒。 无法把气送到胸口与肺脏结合,呼吸就慢慢不顺畅,久了以后里面的气管就会自然闭锁,一闭锁空气就不易进來,人就会感觉到窒息,必须 "干咳" 来減缓它。
2。 气不足不能与膀胱结合,造成膀胱中括约肌的细胞就容易代谢死亡而造成松弛,排尿状況不好,频尿,久了以后细胞慢慢坏死,最后就尿失禁。
3。 看东西的瞳孔部份叫做"视觉",就是由肾脏直接控制,肾有问提,不能将肾水送达到眼睛,眼会觉得干、酸、澀、慢慢视觉就会模糊,严重会出现黑影,叫做 "飞蚊症",久了以后压力会越來越大,造成"青光眼"。
4。 早上起床,脚后跟会不舒服,因为人在休息时,血液是在肝,肾脏会暂时缺血,起床须把血液送至全身,由于肾脏不好,气太弱,血液来的太慢,关节失血自然就会僵硬,活动一下,血液循环到了关节才会轻松。
5。 人活着就会讲话,讲话耗元气,本身肾脏不好气太弱,再把气耗掉就会不想说话,因工作不能不说话时,声音就会出不来,就会沙哑。
6。 想要深呼吸总是觉得气不夠,自然呼吸就会快,呼吸一短促,鼻腔就会缺血,鼻腔的黏膜因为缺血,抵抗力就会減低,空气中的尘蹣就会破坏它,破坏了当然就会敏感,天气潮湿、变化,承受不了就会发作,称为 "过敏性鼻炎"。
7。 男性的攝护腺,妇女的卵巢、子宮都间接、直接跟肾脏有关,因此,肾脏有了问题,到了一定的年齡,攝护腺就会肥大;妇女因肾脏不好,卵巢、子宮就会虛弱、寒冷,虛寒就沒有力量将每个月应该排出的经血排掉,排不干净都还滯留在子宮里,每个月经血都要出來,不能完全排掉都停留在子宮里,久了难免造成血块堆积,形成肿瘤,称为 "子宮肌瘤"。
8。 每个月经血出不來,在里面來回撞击,子宮的內膜会受不了这些经血会受不了这些经血在里面的推挤,就会变形、異位,称为"子宮內膜異位";慢慢的內分泌就会混乱,过多的分泌物,赤白带就会形成。
9。 时间久了,肾脏越来越不好,气越来越弱,手脚就会开始冰涼,尤其到了冬天特別冰冷。慢慢久了,坐也不是,站也不是,走也不是,肯定会造成神经受伤,晚上睡觉不好入睡,好不容易睡著了,一点点声音就会被吵醒,纵使睡著了,整夜都在作夢,有睡跟沒睡一樣,天天都很累。
肝脏
1。 肝脏像拳头一样,有正面,有背面正面如果硬化、肿大,会挤到肋间神经,肋间神经就会胀痛;如果在背后,会造成右腰酸痛。
2。 肝脏不好,晚上睡眠品质会不好,翻来覆去不容易睡著;起床后口干、口苦、口臭,刷牙时牙齦会流血。平常对食物沒有兴趣,不吃不饿,吃一点点就有饱感;走路走两步小腿就会很酸,会感觉全身越来越疲劳,手腳也是越来越沒有力。
3。 肝脏不好的人,脚会经常扭到,扭到了又好不了;不小心割伤了,伤口也不容易癒合。
4。 喜欢喝酒的朋友,忽然酒量減少了或是有久治不癒的皮肤病,週而復始好不了,都要注意肝。
肝脏有问题时,尤其得了肝炎
1。 右上腹闷痛。
2。 右后腰酸痛。
3。 右肩感觉酸、麻、痛,甚至造成右手举不起來。
4。 小腿晚上睡觉时容易抽筋。
心脏
1。 心脏有问題呼吸会不顺暢,胸口会闷也会刺痛,刺痛时间是短暂的,一发作几秒钟就过了,最多一分钟。
2。 严重了会从前胸痛到後背膏肓肩胛的地方,十天半个月来一次,三、五个月发作一次,时间越短越严重。
3。 心脏不好会牽扯到左边手臂酸、麻、痛,因为心脏的神经与左手臂的神经是同一条,所以左边的心脏有问题会牽扯到左手臂。
4。 心脏也会牽扯到颈部僵硬、转动不靈活,早上起床脖子经常扭到;因为心脏有问题,颈动脉会狹窄,血液供应不顺畅,旁边的筋失血自然僵硬。
5。 心脏有问题,火毒(心火)就会上升,火毒慢慢上升到了额头停留在这里,不能从额头跑出來,停留时间久了,这里就会长痘,很多人会头昏,会经过两边面颊,经过眼睛,所以面颊会泛紅。
6。 另外,火毒到了顶就会往下降,从额头顺着两眉陵骨绕着太阳穴穿過我們的后脑,延着颈部进入咽喉,进入肠子,从肛门出去;所以火毒降下來,两眉陵骨就会酸痛;机能亢进,慢慢眼睛压力会大,眼睛会往前暴出来,即所谓的 "凸眼症"。
7。 火毒降下来,顺着两边太阳穴,太阳穴在两则就叫"偏头",血管就会广张,一广张就刺激到旁边的神经,痛的受不了。
8。 慢慢的火毒会从后脑下来,开始发胀,感觉怪怪的,接着颈部停留过久,淋巴就会肿大;咽喉就容易发炎,经常感觉有东西哽在里面,吞又吞不下去,吐又吐不出來。然后火毒会进入肠子,肠子会燥热,温度太高水份会来缓和,水份来的多来的快,肠子里的糞便就会烂掉,就会拉肚子;水份不足,糞便就会干燥,排不出。
9。 心脏有问题会造成脾胃受伤,脾胃一受伤,消化吸收的能力就降低,食物不能消化,最后会胃胀,导致"胃酸"。
10。心脏有问题,养份不能输送,体力不夠,想吃多点来補充,过多的食物会帶来大量的糖份,排除糖份都靠肝脏、肾脏,过多的糖份會导致肝、肾衰竭,很容易得 "糖尿病" 。
11。心脏有问题,人的神经就会衰退,一点事情就会紧张,就会受到惊吓,晚上睡觉不易入睡,睡着以后就做恶梦,恶梦会延续,所谓的"恶梦连连"。更年期妇女为什么会面赤、面紅、身体会热、皮肤会痒,因为心脏、肾脏不调合,加上內分泌混乱,女性贺尔蒙不足所造成的。

A NEEDLE CAN SAVE THE LIFE OF A STROKE PATIENT-From Chinese professor
When a stroke occurs, stay calm. No matter where the victim is, do not move him/her. Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst. Don't Always Sleep Late...Liver Damage!!
The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'
