一顆感恩的心！

對我們有恩的人,要懂得知恩圖報，我們對一切眾生都要有報恩的心。有些眾生今世可能對你没有什麼恩，但前世對你一定有恩，因為一切眾生都曾是我們的父母。哪怕是曾經傷害過我們的人，想想他們也曾經有恩於我們。所以不要計較，要放下仇恨，學會報恩，要有一顆感恩的心！

To those who helped us, we should have a mind of return. In fact, we should treat every sentient beings with this attitude too. Some people they might not giving any help or benefit to you this life, but they did in your past lives. Because every sentient beings were our parents in our past lives before. Even though the people who had hurt us, think about they had doing good to us and treat us kind before. Therefore, try your best to dump the hatred and jealousy, but with a whole heart of appreciation !
