Eat your favorite food, meal, or chocolate. But don’t eat too frequently so that you will have the maximum satisfaction the next time you eat .
6) 从内到外,多了解自己的身体,关心自己的心情。
Get to know yourself more, your body, and your own emotional.
7) 打开心房,接受好的建议,聆听好的事情,就会越来越乐观,开朗。
Open up your mind and accept good suggestion, good opinion, listen to positive method. You soon will be more positive and cheerful.
8) 多说话,主动点,轻松点。
Relax, be initiative. and talk more.
9) 对你不喜欢的,不要的,大声说不。
Say NO to whatever you dislike, whatever you disagree.
10)玩自己最棒的游戏。
Play the game which you are the best in.
11)原谅自己。以前做错的,让事情过去,几年后回头看,也不重要了。
Forgive yourself. Mistake that you made before already pass. After few years when you look back, it's not important anymore.
12) 多微笑。笑一笑,没烦恼。
SMILE, smile, smile. Smile will chase your problems away.
