腸胃不好少吃的食物
1。炸雞塊,引起噁心或者腹瀉;
2。巧克力,引起胃酸倒流;
3。柑橘類果汁,擾亂消化道;

5。雪糕,引起腹痛;
6。包心菜,在腸道中產生氣體;
7。豆類,產生氣體和膨脹;
8。無糖香口糖,引起食道氣體的產生;
9。桃,加重胃腸負擔。
