1. MUSHROOM – EAR
Slice a mushroom in half and it resembles the shape of the human ear. Adding it to your cooking could actually improve your hearing. That’s because mushrooms are one of the few foods in our diet that contain vitamin D. This particular vitamin is important for healthy bones, even the tiny ones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain.

The stir-fry favourite bears an uncanny resemblance of ‘swimming’ sperm trying to fertilise an egg and they could play an important part in boosting male fertility. A study in Ohio showed that to make healthy sperm in large quantities, the body needs a good supply of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells against damage by harmful molecules called free radicals. Just half a cup of bean sprouts provides 16 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C for a man. It’s not just dad but baby too who could benefit. Bean sprouts are packed with folate, a vitamin that prevents neural tube defects, where the baby is born with a damaged brain or spine.



7. GRAPES – LUNGS
OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.


8. TOMATO – HEART
A TOMATO is red and usually has four chambers, just like our heart. Tomatoes are also a great source of lycopene, a plant chemical that reduces the risk of heart disease and several cancers.
The Women’s Health Study — an American research programme which tracks the health of 40,000 women — found women with the highest blood levels of lycopene had 30 per cent less heart disease than women who had very little lycopene and also shown that lycopene helps counter the effect of unhealthy LDL cholesterol. One Canadian study, published in the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine, said there was “convincing evidence’ that lycopene prevented coronary heart disease.



9. WALNUT – BRAIN
THE gnarled folds of a walnut mimic the appearance of a human brain - and provide a clue to the benefits. Walnuts are the only nuts which contain significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Top Five Cancer-Causing Foods

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1. Hot Dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and Bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.

5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Brown Rice Tea Recipe by Tateishi Kazu

Another remedy that can be used in conjunction with the vegetable soup is brown rice tea. It is a good diuretic for ridding excess water from the body. For diabetics, it can bring the sugar level down by producing more natural insulin in the body. It cleanses the blood and blood vessel. A person with a heart condition drinking both soups in 20 days will be able to regulate their problem by drinking three cups per day. For a regular cancer patient, about two cups.


1. 1 cup brown rice
2. 16 cups water


Note: only cook in stainless steel or glass. Do not mix with any other ingredients. Don't be "creative."

Directions:
1. Roast the rice without oil until dark brown but don't burn. Boil 8 cups of water and pour roasted rice into water. Turn off flame, cover and let sit five minutes. Strain out rice and reserve liquid.
2. Boil 8 more cups of water. Put the remaining rice back in the water. Cover, lower flame and simmer five minutes. Strain rice out. Mix the two rice waters together.

Special Notes:
• The amount one needs depend on the condition. The more serious the condition, the more tea.
• Do not drink tea while taking a high protein substance.
• Don't drink the vegetable soup and brown rice tea together. Wait at least 15 minutes apart.
• If you use this remedy regularly you will never be sick.
Some possible reactions:
• itchy skin or eczema
• If you use medications and/or have eczema, use less because of stronger reaction
• People with head injury problems may develop headaches but don't worry.
• People with eye problems may get temporary blurred vision or itching around eyes. Eyesight will get better. If you wear prescription glasses, try to reduce the prescription and use glasses less frequently.
• Lowering of body temperature, but this is normal.


Notes:

For high blood pressure, drink the two soups alternately but slowly. Blood pressure will come down after one month. Talk to a doctor about reducing medication, but don't stop medication right away. Use remedy for minimum of one month.

Vegetable Soup Recipe - (2 day's quantity)

• 3-5 fresh shitake mushroom (sundried) - if not sundried, expose dried mushrooms to sun again.



Directions:
1. Don't peel anything! Don't add any seasoning!
2. Fill a pot with three times the quantity of water as the vegetable. When it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and simmer for two hours. Strain and drink.

Depending on individual bodies, some people using the Vegetable Soup could have side effects/reactions. Reactions are classified in 2 categories:

Natural Reaction: Ingredients in the Vegetable soup have lots of medicinal effects and contain chemicals that are working on human cells to make them better and stronger, and in the same time purify and cleanse blood stream to push out LDL (bad cholesterol) and fat. King Of Fruits: Types of Durians


The following is a selection of branded durians:


1. D11
"Number Eleven" is a very popular durian in the 70's. It has creamy yellow flesh with a pleasant taste and a subtle smell.


































2. D604
The D604 was first cultivated by the late Mr. Teh Hew Hong of Sungai Pinang, Balik Pulau. The flesh is quite sweet, and has some "body" to it as the seed is small.





























3. D600
This durian originates in Sungai Pinang in Balik Pulau. The flesh has a bittersweet taste to it, with a touch of sourness. The one that I documented is a bit hard.








































4. D700
The flesh is darker than D600, like chrome yellow. Also slightly hard. Crispy, but the smell is not very strong.





















5. Ang Sim (Red Heart)
Ang Sim is a durian with flesh which is quite soft and very sweet, and dark yellow in colour. It also has a nice aroma.




























6. Khun Poh
This durian takes the name of the late Mr Lau Khun Poh, who first budded it. Khun Poh has
beautiful orangy flesh with a slightly bitter-sweet taste and a heavy aroma.






























7. Hor Loh (Water Gourd Durian)
The flesh of the Hor Loh is very soft, dry and quite bitter. It has a sharp smell to it. Hor Loh was first cultivated at the Brown Estate of Sungai Ara. It got its name from its appearance resembling a "Hor Lor" pumpkin. If the durian hits the ground hard when it falls, the flesh tends to be bitter thereafter.













































8. Ang Heh (Red Prawn Durian)
Ang Heh originates from Pondok Upeh, Balik Pulau, and has a round-shaped husk. The orange reddish flesh is highly aromatic, very soft with a bitter-sweet taste.
















9. Xiao Hung (Little Red Durian)
Xiao Hung, whose name means "Little Red One," originates in Sungai Pinang, Balik Pulau. The flesh has a bittersweet taste to it, with a touch of sourness. The one that I tasted for this write-up is a bit hard. There are only one or two seeds per section, but the flesh is thick.

















10. Yah Kang (Centipede Durian)
Yah Kang is one of my favourite durians. Although its flesh is whitish, the taste is superb, milky, like very sweet, melting chocolate. The name "yah kang" means centipede, and accounts for the number of centipedes found at the foot of the tree, hence giving it the rather unusual name.














11. Bak Eu (Pork Fat Durian)
Bak Eu has a slightly acidic aroma. The flesh is whitish while the taste is quite bitter but nice.


















12. D17
D17 is dark cream flesh. The taste is slightly dry but sweet. It is a tasty durian.
















13. Coupling
This durian is gets its unusual name because it looks like two durians joined together, one big and one small. When split open, you almost thought the two halves belong to two different durians. Coupling has whitish flesh which is slightly dry but tastes good.















14. Ooi Kyau (Tumeric Durian)
The name Ooi Kyau (tumeric) describes the colour of the bright yellow flesh of this durian. It is very sweet and tasty.

















15. Chaer Phoy (Green Skin Durian)
Chaer Phoy is shaped like a small canteloupe. The skin is bright green, giving it the name which means "green skin". Chaer Phoy has creamy white flesh which is a bit dry, not too sweet but tasty.





















16. Ang Jin (Red Yoke Durian)
As the name suggests, Ang Jin Durian has deep orange flesh. It is very sweet and tasty.











17. Lin Fong Jiau
This durian is named after Lin Fong Jiau, aka Mrs Jackie Chan. I wonder whether it is indicative of the relationship of the celebrity couple, for Lin Fong Jiau is a bittersweet

Brain Damaging Habits

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

身体有生理时钟,不同时间有不同工作,应该配合生理时钟,才能有健康身体!



午夜 12:00 ~ 1:00 淺眠期
多梦而敏感,身体不适者易在此时痛醒。

凌晨 1:00 ~ 2:00 排毒期
此时肝脏为排除毒素而活动旺盛,应让身体进入睡眠状态,让肝脏得以完成代谢废物。

凌晨 3:00 ~ 4:00 休眠期
重症病人最易发病的时刻, 常有患病者在此时死亡, 熬夜最好勿超过这个时间。

上午 9:00 ~ 11:00 精華期
此时为注意力及记忆力最好,工作与学习的最佳时段。

中午 12:00 ~ 1:00 午休期
最好静坐或闭目休息一下再进餐,正午不可饮酒,易醉又伤肝哦!

下午 2:00 ~ 3:00 高峰期
分析力和创造力得以发挥淋漓的极致时刻!

下午 4:00 ~ 5:00 低潮期
体力耗弱的階段,最好補充水果來解馋,避免因饥饿而貪食致肥胖。

Specialty: As it is a mudra of knowledge, it enhances the knowledge. The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When we press these centers by index finger the two glands work actively.

Time duration: There is no particular time duration for this mudra. You can practice by sitting, standing or lying on bed whenever and wherever you have time.

Time Duration: It has no particular time duration. You can practice it any time you want.

3. Varuna Mudra (Mudra of Water):



Method: Tip of little finger touches the tip of thumb, with the other three fingers stretched out.

Specialty: It balances the water content and prevents all diseases which come due to lack of water.

Time Duration: It has no specific time duration and one can practice it according to their time.


Benefits:
o It retains clarity in blood by balancing water content in the body
o Prevents the pains of Gastroenteritis and Muscle Shrinkage



4. Vayu Mudra (Mudra of Air):



Method: Keep the index finger on the base of the thumb and press with thumb keeping the other three fingers straight.

Specialty: It prevents all the diseases that occur due to the imbalance of the air.

Time Duration: The practice of this mudra for 45 minutes reduces the severity of the disease in 12 to 24 hours. For better results practice it for two months.

Method: Bend the ring finger and press it with thumb.

Time Duration: Practice it daily twice for 5 to 15 minutes.

7. Prana Mudra (Mudra of Life):



Method: Bend ring finger and little finger and touch the tip of thumb with their tips keeping the remaining two fingers stretched.

Specialty: As it is the mudra of life, it improves the power of life. Weak people become strong.. It reduces the clamps in blood vessels. If we practice it regularly, we will become active.

Time Duration: No specific time duration. One can practice it any time.

8. Apana Mudra (Mudra of Digestion):

Time Duration: Practice it daily for 45 minutes, but practice for longer time yields more benefits.

9. Apana Vayu Mudra (Mudra of Heart):



Method: The tips of the middle finger and ring finger touch the tip of thumb, while the index finger touches the base of thumb and little finger stretched out.

Specialty: It benefits the heart. It works like injection in the reduction of heart attack. It is as powerful as sorbitate tablet. It reduces the gas content in body.

Time Duration: Practice it as many times as you can. Heart patients and BP patients can practice it for 15 minutes daily twice for better results.

o It strengthens the heart and regularizes palpitation
o It regulates excretory system
o It redeems gastric trouble


10. Linga Mudra (Mudra of Heat):






Method: Interlock the fingers of both the hands and keep the thumb of the left hand vertically straight and encircle it with the thumb and the index finger of the right hand.

Specialty: It generates heat in our body. Take milk, ghee, more water and fruit juices in addition to practice of this mudra for much benefits.

Time Duration: Practice it any time you want. But don't practice it a lot as it produces heat in the body. It can cause sweating even in winter if you practice it longer.

o It stops production of phlegm and gives power to lungs
o It cures severe cold and bronchial infection
o It invigorates the body

便秘

1。 现代人生活忙碌,常食用低纤维的速食,不常喝水,不常运动,往往有便意,卻无法正常排便,加上情緒不稳,服用药物或不當使用营养補充品,也会造成便秘。


2。 长期便秘的人,因为糞便累积在大肠的时间太久,常会脾气不好或內分泌失调等后遗症。


3。 其实造成便秘的真正原因,是跟心火有很大的关系,火毒往下传动至肠胃,会造成肠子蠕动过慢,水分被吸收,糞便来不及排出,形成便秘。


4。 若蠕动太快,水分來不及被吸收,则会变成腹泻,甚至心火往下到直肠肛门而形成痔瘡。


5。 便秘时间太长,则有可能是肠燥症、结肠癌、糖尿病的警讯。

腰酸背痛

1。 人体组织结构,血是行走于血管之內,血管是隐藏于肌肉之內,而肌肉则附在骨架之上。


2。 肌肉于骨之间则有气,又称为五脏之气,年龄渐在胀气血渐弱,尤其更年期雌激素減少,更加速骨质流失,所以应多加保养,不然容易造成骨头表皮剝离。


3。 长期姿勢不良或意外伤害都容易造成长骨刺或椎间盤突出,因而使气血运行时压迫到神经产生不适。


4。 通常只会影响脊髓神经,从坐骨四周神经叢,由上而下直达脚尖,而坐骨神经影响范围较广,疼痛情形更严重。

不能喝的五种开水

下列五种开水不宜饮用:


1。 在炉灶上沸騰了很长时间,饮用水已经是温吞水。

2。 装在热水瓶里已好几天,成了不新鲜的温开水。

3。 经过多次反覆煮沸的殘留开水。

4。 开水锅炉中隔夜重煮和未重煮的开水。

5。 蒸饭、蒸肉后的「下脚水」。


这几种开水不适宜饮用的原因是反覆沸过的开水中,所含的鈣、鎂、氯、重金屬等微量成分增高了,会对人的肾脏产生不良影响。而温吞水中亞硝酸盐容易增多。

女生不宜久坐~子宮颈癌

子宮颈癌起因


人除了睡觉外,大部份时间都在坐,无论坐办公桌、坐着吃饭、看电影、开车,一天中坐上七、八小时算是平常的事。


不过很多人大概不了解,坐的不当可是会出问题的。 长期久坐者容易造成血液循环不顺畅,同时也会引发妇科方面的疾病,甚至也可能导致不孕症。一個人长期久坐多半也缺乏运动,将导致‘气滯’及‘血瘀’,易使人体某一脏器发生功能紊乱,或功能障碍,由此可知‘久坐’对妇女的不孕也有某种程度影响。


上班族女性由于长期久坐,月经前及月经期的常有剧烈疼痛,这是因久坐加上缺乏正常运动,以致血循环障碍;有些是因久坐导致经血逆流入输卵管、卵巢,引起下腹痛、腰痛,尤其有严重的经痛,此即所谓巧克力囊腫,也是不孕原因之一;此外,气滯血瘀也易导致淋巴或血行性的栓塞,使输卵管不通;更有因久坐及体质上的关系,使子宮內膜组织因气滯血瘀而增生至子宮外,形成子宮內膜異位症,这些都是比较明显的不孕原因之一。


长期久坐或姿势不佳,经血容易逆流,造成慢性骨盆腔充血(郁血症),骨盆會隐隐作痛而刺激到周围神经而 造成肿胀,年齡愈大愈易感受到, 久坐亦会使循环不良,抵抗力变差。不孕症患者接受治疗时须充分与医师配合,不可过度紧张或问东问西,抱著高度的怀疑,既不信任,对自己也失去信心,要知道情绪紧张会使性腺刺激荷尔蒙的分泌失调,影响整个內分泌系统的平衡,受孕机会就更低了。


如果工作几乎都离不开「坐」,那么每 40 分钟后休息 10 分钟,做做伸展动作,或下班后散步、游泳、韵律舞等,都能有效改善因久坐造成的循环障碍。要改变体质的方法,应多注意坐姿。

Healing and Cleansing with Barley

High in fibre, barley is also a kidney cleanser. Better yet, regular intake of it helps prevent heart disease. BARLEY water was always a regular drink. If go for a medical exam that included a urine test, drink barley water a day before it to make sure got a positive result!

Barley is good for intestinal health too. Try to eat the barley grains in drink or sweet broth with fu chook (beancurd skin) and ginkgo nuts.

It's high in fibre which feeds the friendly bacteria in the colon and helps speed up the transit of fecal matter in it. In this way it helps prevent haemorrhoids and colon cancer.

The propionic acid and beta glucan from barley's insoluble fibre also help lower cholesterol and prevent the formation of gallstones.

Eating barley regularly is a preventive step against heart disease as, besides the fibre content, it is also high in niacin, a B vitamin good for lowering cholesterol.

Diabetics should eat more barley as the fibre will prevent blood sugar levels from rising too high. It also provides relief from constipation or diarrhoea for those suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Barley is rich in selenium which prevents cancer and relieves symptoms of asthma and arthritis. It is a good source of manganese, copper and phosphorous.

Malt sugar comes from sprouted barley which, when fermented, is an ingredient in beer and other alcoholic beverages.

Ginger

The powerful healing effects of ginger have been well documented. It's a proven remedy for upset stomach. Reams of studies show that it inhibits inflammation. And there is substantial evidence that it fights cancer too.

For instance, a recent University of Michigan study showed that when ginger was added to ovarian cancer cells in the laboratory, it caused the cancer cells to self-destruct (a process known as "apoptosis"). In a separate study at the University of Minnesota , researchers injected colon cancer cells into mice that were bred to have no immune system.

Half of these mice were routinely fed gingerol, the main active component in ginger. The researchers found that the mice that were fed gingerol lived longer, their tumors were smaller, and the cancer did not spread as widely as in the control group.

With all these health benefits, you should be using ginger as often as you can. The best way to get a healthy serving of ginger is to juice it with an apple or two, some carrots, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, and a big piece of ginger root. The ginger gives the drink a great flavor and a powerful anti-cancer kick.

健康的唇色

健康的唇色是粉紅色的,如果唇色不正常,可能是健康狀況不好哦!


唇色苍白
若指甲、眼瞼也苍白,可能有贫血。

唇色青紫
若非因为气温过于寒冷,有可能是有贫血、心脏方面问题。

唇色淡黃
若脸色、眼白一养呈黃色,可能是肝功能不好。

唇色紅紫
若非发烧或一氧化碳中毒,就可能有心脏病、肺病、心脏衰弱等问题。

肩膀或颈部酸痛


1。 主要因素即是由內脏气血运行不顺,脏腑机制不健全所导致的。不通則痛,痛則不通。


2。 一般而言,肩膀或颈部酸痛並非所谓运动伤害,五十肩,韌带发炎等单純原因而已,花了时间和金钱长期復健,痛点注射类固醇或服用止痛药,也达不到效果之外,精神的煎熬更痛苦。  


3。 其实,酸痛的位置可反射出內脏问题,像是长期左边颈部和肩膀酸痛,主要是心脏位于人体左侧,长期心火上升或心脏功能出了问题,自然会出现气血阻塞,使左边颈部或肩膀僵硬,酸痛,转动不靈活或常常习慣落枕,甚至会延伸至左肩胛骨酸痛。


4。 肝脏位于人体右边,当肝阳上亢,肝火上升时,酸痛现象就会出现在右侧身体,有时酸痛位置会跑,由单侧变成两侧,因为长期心肝火气未消除,火往下传后, 会造成肠胃蠕动障碍, 肩膀两侧即是反射肠胃。


5。 如果每天能利用一点方法,把身体毒素向体外排掉,保持气血通畅,酸痛毛病自然消除!

糖尿病

1. 糖尿病不只是胰島素不足而已,而是肾脏、肝脏、心脏都不是很健康的情形下所形成的,因此不易医治。而且易造成其他病变如:肾脏衰竭、中風、失明、截肢等等。


2. 糖尿发展到一定节段会明显出现三多一少的症状。三多(吃多、喝多、尿多)一少(体重減少)。


糖尿病患者可能发生下列几项症状:

1. 视力異常:因糖尿会引起眼睛末梢微血管阻碍,造成眼睛易疲劳、视力模糊、细小字看不清,严重者会导致失明。


2. 易疲劳:因体內血糖无法进入细胞,导致全身无力。


3. 皮肤抵抗力差:体质通常呈现酸化,末梢血管易堵塞,伤口不易癒合、易化脓、也易引起牙周病、香港腳。


4. 神经障碍:肌肉和神经组织得不到滋养,因此阻塞循环不良,指尖出现麻痛,重者甚至失去感觉。


5. 伤口不易癒合:糖尿末期,因末梢血管坏死,伤口发黑、溃烂不易癒合,有时甚至需截肢以延续生命。


可怕的併发症:

1. 酮酸中毒、乳酸中毒、低血糖而引起休克、昏迷。

2. 心血管病变:动脉硬化、脑中風、心肌梗塞、下肢皮肤变黑坏死。

3. 肾脏病变、眼睛病变、神经病变及各种感染。

脾胃

脾胃出现问题时我们的身体会产生的现象会有:


1. 肩膀疼痛可能的症状: 右肩经常痛时"肝脏"有问题。左肩酸痛时"心脏"与"胃"有问题。两肩同时感觉不舒服,脖子经常觉得僵硬时,肯定是"消化器官"出了问题。


2. 偏头痛: 如常感觉太阳穴的两边有疼痛的现象,虽然长期求诊,吃药还是无效,可能同时还伴有便秘,排便困难或腹泻及胃肠胀气等现象。只要治好消化器官的毛病,自然可治好困扰多时的偏頭痛。


3. 一般人都以为"便秘"及"腹泻"是两件分开的事,可是有些人会有便秘及拉肚子同时交替出现的现象,平时常觉得食慾減退,腹部胀气,胸部有压迫感或心悸,呼吸困难及失眠等现象,而且感觉体力一天天減弱,肌肉消瘦,又查不出原因,有以上现象可能已罹患"慢性肠炎",不趕快处理可能会造成致命的腹膜炎。


4. 小肠与淋巴系统: 不明原因的疼痛经常困扰我们,若咽喉沒有发炎,但经常不舒服或疼痛,脖子两侧也经常胀痛, 肩膀与手臂外侧也会有不舒服与胀痛, 但查不出原因,经过推拿或按摩也只能暂时舒解,此现象请多注意 "小肠" 与 "淋巴系统" 已亮起红灯。


5. 大肠: 经常觉得口干,口苦,想要多喝水,而且容易鼻塞,流鼻涕;平时沒有蛀牙,但牙齿会痛,脖子两侧会胀大些,不舒服,无法提重的东西,表示 "大肠" 已亮起红灯。


肾脏

肾脏出现问题时,身体会产生的现象会有:


1。 肾脏有两条通路,从脚底的湧泉上來,走到脚后根內侧,再顺着腿的內侧往上走。

第一条从后方上来走到腰与膀胱結合,再顺着脊椎两侧往上走当肾脏不好,气会不足,血就上不来;因此腰会酸,背会痛,再往上到颈部,颈部会觉得僵硬;到了后脑勺会感觉昏胀不舒服,到了头顶会觉闷胀,过了头顶往下到眉心之间的" 精明穴",不到会觉两眼干澀。

第二条从前面上来,经过大腿跟生殖器及肝脏结合,最后延着身体两侧到胸前與肺脏结合。 如肾脏有问题,大腿两侧会酸、软、无力,经常发痒。 无法把气送到胸口与肺脏结合,呼吸就慢慢不顺畅,久了以后里面的气管就会自然闭锁,一闭锁空气就不易进來,人就会感觉到窒息,必须 "干咳" 来減缓它。


2。 气不足不能与膀胱结合,造成膀胱中括约肌的细胞就容易代谢死亡而造成松弛,排尿状況不好,频尿,久了以后细胞慢慢坏死,最后就尿失禁。


3。 看东西的瞳孔部份叫做"视觉",就是由肾脏直接控制,肾有问提,不能将肾水送达到眼睛,眼会觉得干、酸、澀、慢慢视觉就会模糊,严重会出现黑影,叫做 "飞蚊症",久了以后压力会越來越大,造成"青光眼"。


4。 早上起床,脚后跟会不舒服,因为人在休息时,血液是在肝,肾脏会暂时缺血,起床须把血液送至全身,由于肾脏不好,气太弱,血液来的太慢,关节失血自然就会僵硬,活动一下,血液循环到了关节才会轻松。


5。 人活着就会讲话,讲话耗元气,本身肾脏不好气太弱,再把气耗掉就会不想说话,因工作不能不说话时,声音就会出不来,就会沙哑。

心脏出现问题时我们的身体会产生的现象有:

1∶00 ~ 人体进入浅睡阶段,易醒。此时头脑较清楚,熬夜者想睡反而睡不着。

2∶00 ~ 绝大多数器官处于一天中工作最慢的状态,肝脏却在紧张工作,生气血为人体排毒。

3∶00 ~ 进入深度睡眠阶段,肌肉完全放松。

4∶00 ~ “黎明前的黑暗”时刻,老年人最易发生意外。血压处于一天中最低值,糖尿病病人易出现低血糖,心脑血管患者易发生心梗等。

5∶00 ~ 阳气逐渐升华,精神状态饱满。

6∶00 ~ 血压开始升高,心跳逐渐加快。高血压患者得吃降压药了。

22∶00 ~ 适合梳洗。呼吸开始减慢,体温逐渐下降。最好在十点半泡脚后上床,能很快入睡。

23∶00 ~ 阳气微弱,人体功能下降,开始逐渐进入深度睡眠,一天的疲劳开始缓解。

24∶00 ~ 气血处于一天中的最低值,除了休息,不宜进行任何活动。

太晚睡觉等于自杀

原本一向身体健康,时常运动(打篮球)但在近日连续熬夜数晚,经过数日后,突然第二天起床会觉得很疲劳!一闭眼就想睡觉!(跟前一日熬夜的感觉不同),而且会腰酸背痛,但一到晚上精神又好起来!别以为这是小事!根据中医的看法,是因过劳而造成体内器官阴阳失调,就是体内器官起内讧,互相打架,最后造成器官衰竭而死。

~晚上9-11点为免疫系统(淋巴)排毒时间,此段时间应安静或听音乐

~晚间11-凌晨1点,肝的排毒,需在熟睡中进行。

~凌晨1-3点,胆的排毒,亦同。

~凌晨3-5点,肺的排毒。此即为何咳嗽的人在这段时间咳得最剧烈,因排毒动作已走到肺;不应用止咳药,以免抑制废积 物的排除。

~凌晨5-7点,大肠的排毒,应上厕所排便。

~早上7-9点,脾胃大量吸收营养的时段,应吃早餐。

疗病者最好早吃,在6点半前,养生者在7点半前,
不吃早餐者应改变习惯,即使拖到9、10点吃都比不吃好。
半夜至凌晨4点为脊椎造血时段,必须熟睡,不宜熬夜。

怀孕前三个月禁喝,因易流产。此外,喝咖啡要选阿拉伯豆,不是爪哇豆,豆子要新鲜,放久了会产生黃麴毒素。建议可买超市雀巢咖啡粉,標示日本原装,就是100%阿拉伯豆喔!三合一的亦可。运动前喝咖啡更好。

地瓜导正病变细胞:地瓜含神经节肝酯,能导正病变细胞;且地瓜可以減肥,因为其淀粉是水溶性纤維,不会囤积体內。地瓜的甜味是多醣,对人体有益,比吃饭更有饱足感,建议一周可用一餐地瓜代替饭來吃。地瓜愈紅愈甜愈好,烤的比水煮和蒸的好,且烤后连皮一起吃更好。

排泄物 - 大便

排泄物则是另一个显示健康状況的指標,不要嫌脏,每天观察一下,看看自己夠不夠健康。

健康的排泄物是沒有臭味的,如果吃多肉类、便秘时,都会产生強烈臭味,肠胃道老化都会有此现象。

除了从这些地方观察自己的健康,更要注意生理时钟,不要违背天然,才能让身体循环正常。

例如凌晨一点到两点是肝脏排毒期,应该要让身体进入睡眠状态,才能顺利排毒。

总之,要有健康的身体,自己要做自己第一个医生,第一号的观察照顾者,这样才能健康又快乐。

份量 ~ 每次以两三条为适量。

形狀 ~ 直径两三公分的条状为佳,过软或呈颗粒状则表示肠子有老化状況。

气味 ~ 正常者应沒有強烈的味道,若有酸臭味、焦臭味、腐败味,则是有肠老化现象。

颜色 ~ 黃色为正常,颜色愈深表示肠老化状态愈严重。
